LocalBeat aggregates and organizes information about local events. We provide it through this website, our MCP server, and other interfaces we may offer. Some features, such as our web app or other applications we release, may carry additional terms presented at signup.
Use the service lawfully. Do not disrupt or overload our systems, probe or breach security, misrepresent your identity, or use automated means to extract data beyond the interfaces we provide. Commercial use of our data requires a separate agreement.
Event information is aggregated from public sources and provided as-is. Events change, and listings may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Confirm details with the organizer or venue before you rely on them. We are not the organizer of listed events and are not responsible for them.
The site, its design, and its content are owned by LocalBeat or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the service as offered. No other rights are granted.
Our service may contain links to third-party websites, such as ticketing pages and venue sites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you. By linking to these websites, we do not create or have an affiliation with, or sponsor, such third-party websites. The inclusion of links does not constitute any endorsement, guarantee, warranty, or recommendation of such websites. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and LocalBeat about the service, and they supersede prior agreements on the subject. When you use the site or email us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, and electronic notices satisfy any legal notice requirement. Any claim about the service must be brought within one year of the events giving rise to it. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
